Yes. Please contact us between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. CT at annualmeeting@rsna.org or call 1-630-571-2670 (outside the U.S. and Canada) or 1-800-381-6660 (U.S. and Canada only).

After you’ve finished the registration process, please check your email. We’ll send you a registration confirmation with your receipt and additional information about the meeting.

RSNA 2023 registration is currently open.

Registration for the in-person meeting at McCormick Place will remain open until the last day of RSNA 2023 (Nov. 30).

Registration for Virtual Access will remain open until April 30, 2024, noon CT.

• Name changes are not allowed. New registration and payment are required.
• Registrations are non-transferable.
• All registration cancellations must be made in writing to RSNA@xpressreg.net by Oct. 27 to receive a refund of paid fees.
• Registration cancellations received by Oct. 27 will result in a refund of paid fees, minus a $50 administrative fee.
• Refund requests received after Oct. 27 will not be accepted nor refunded.
• No refunds will be issued for registration packages purchased and not used.
• The cancellation and refund policy applies to additional registration items purchases, including hands-on course fees, Bistro RSNA tickets and RSNA After Dark tickets.
• 5k Fun Run fees and RSNA Research and Education (R&E) Foundation donations are tax deductible and benefit the R&E Foundation. All Fun Run fees and donations are non-refundable.

Yes. Non-member registration categories of student, resident/trainee and radiology support personnel require verification to be processed. Badge classification is subject to RSNA approval and category or rate change.

These categories require a business card, a letter from hospital administration stating your role in radiology, a valid RT license or student ID copy. Upload is required during online registration. If verification qualifies you for a different registration category, the registration will automatically be reclassified and you will be charged the appropriate fee.

Registration is subject to cancellation if verification is not provided within five business days after registration.

Yes. Group registration opens July 26 and will be available on our group registration page.

All attendees must pick up their badges and meeting materials onsite at designated areas throughout McCormick Place. A valid photo ID is required.

RSNA.org is the only authorized website where attendees can register for RSNA 2023. Please be aware of suspicious emails, ads and/or search results that link to websites unaffiliated with RSNA.

To avoid fraudulent websites that imitate RSNA.org and RSNA’s affiliates, learn about our four trusted partners: CDS and onPeak.

RSNA’s trusted meeting registration vendor

CDS is RSNA’s only certified registration vendor for RSNA 2023. Before beginning the registration process, you will be prompted to log in to your RSNA account from RSNA.org and will continue the rest of the process through CDS. You will then receive a confirmation email from @xpressreg.net.

RSNA’s trusted travel partner

onPeak is the only RSNA 2023 certified hotel partner. When you reserve your hotel through RSNA, your reservation is secure.

To reserve your hotel room through onPeak, visit RSNA’s official hotel page, click “Reserve your 2023 hotel” and continue to onPeak’s website to finish the reservation process.

RSNA has not authorized other travel companies. Don't risk sharing your credit card or personal information with unauthorized hotel solicitors or fraudulent travel websites.

Yes. All participants who want to view the RSNA 2023 virtual education and science programming must register for Virtual Access.

To add Virtual Access to your registration, log in to your account and visit the registration resources center—you’ll get access to nearly 100% of eligible programming until April 30, 2024, noon CT.

All RSNA 2023 registrants, regardless of registration type, can access industry programming and virtual exhibits through Meeting Central.
